What to Expect during your First Office Visit:

1. Please arrive to your appointment about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out New Patient Forms, or print these forms prior to your appointment, ready filled out.

2. We will review your Dental and Medical History Forms, take X-Rays of your teeth and mouth and complete an Oral Cancer Screening. Most importantly, we take the time to discuss your dental concerns, needs, and possibilities.

3. We will create an Individualized Treatment Plan and answer any questions you may have.

4. Our amazing Dental Hygienists will clean and polish your teeth and provide fluoride treatment, if you choose. We will review oral hygiene tips & tricks, and give you a personalized sample of dental tools to help maintain a healthy smile.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process either by phone or email. We respect your time and we will do our best to see you on time. In return, we would also ask you to keep your appointments on time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us 48 hours in advance.

Insurance and Billing
Accepting all traditional dental plans, we participate with Delta Dental, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, ADN and many others. Your dental insurance benefits depend on the contract negotiated by your employer with an insurance company. Deductible or co-pays may be required for some procedures. You are responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance. It is important for you to read and understand your dental benefit plan. Our staff will do its best to assist you with any questions you might have regarding your insurance coverage.  We will gladly complete and submit insurance claims for you.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. We also offer flexible payment options including Care Credit which has interest free and extended payment plan options. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
