What to Expect During Your First Office Visit

We’re excited to welcome you to Renewal Family Dental! Your first visit is an important step in establishing a long-term partnership in your dental care. To help you feel comfortable and prepared, here’s what you can expect:

From completing your new patient forms to a thorough review of your dental and medical history, we ensure your visit is smooth and informative. We’ll take necessary X-rays, perform an oral cancer screening, and discuss your specific dental concerns. Afterward, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. To top it off, our skilled hygienists will clean and polish your teeth, providing expert oral care tips and a set of dental tools to help maintain your healthy smile.

What to Expect during your First Office Visit:

1. Please arrive at your appointment about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the New Patient Form, or print these forms prior to your appointment, ready filled out.

2. We will review your Dental and Medical History Forms, take X-rays of your teeth and mouth, and complete an Oral Cancer Screening. Most importantly, we will take the time to discuss your dental concerns, needs, and possibilities.

3. We will create an Individualized Treatment Plan and answer any questions you may have.

4. Our amazing Dental Hygienists will clean and polish your teeth and provide fluoride treatment, if you choose. We will also review oral hygiene tips and tricks and give you a personalized sample of dental tools to help maintain a healthy smile.
